883 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 883 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 883 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 883's services.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 883 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of not meeting this eligibility requirement.
You also agree that your use of the platform is strictly for personal purposes and not on behalf of any third party without prior written authorisation from 883. Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out under their accounts.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 883 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 883 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. Submitting false information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 883 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a user's failure to protect their own account security. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 883 platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 883 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means or fraud
- Engaging in money laundering or any financial activity that violates the law
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or data
- Using another person's account or registering on someone else's behalf without authorisation
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content that affects other users
883 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the account of any user who violates these rules, without prior notice and without liability to that user.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the 883 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change from time to time.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. 883 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to five business days.
Balances in accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to an administrative fee as outlined in the platform's inactive account policy. Users are advised to keep their accounts active or withdraw their balance before the inactivity period begins. Any transaction disputes must be reported to 883 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability: 883 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. 883's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property: All content on the 883 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the property of 883 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written authorisation from 883.
Third-Party Links: The 883 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 883 endorses or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure: 883 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these terms, committed fraud, or engaged in unlawful activity. Where a suspension or closure is due to a user's breach, any account balance may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.
Changes to Terms: 883 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Bahasa Malaysia is the official language of these terms and any translations are provided for convenience only.
